MECHANICS
1. "Drive Home a 2025 Toyota Vios XLE CVT with All Cars Showroom" Raffle Promo is available from from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 in All Cars Showroom,
ground level of Valero Carpark 2, Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati
2. Eligibility
The promo is open to all Filipino residents eighteen (18) years old and above.
3. Promo Period
The promo will run from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
4. How to Join
Participants will receive one (1) raffle coupon for every successful transaction at participating All Cars Showroom Associate Dealers.
Eligible transactions include:
Buy a Car – Purchase of any vehicle from an ACS Associate Dealer.
Sell a Car – Successful sale of a vehicle to an ACS Associate Dealer.
One (1) successful transaction = One (1) raffle entry.

5. Manual Raffle Entry Submission
Participants must completely fill out the raffle coupon with the following details:

The accomplished raffle coupon must be dropped at the designated raffle drop box located at All Cars Showroom Office.
6. No minimum purchase requirement is needed to avail of the promo.
7. RAFFLE DRAW
Date: March 31, 2027
Time: 6:00 PM
Venue: All Cars Showroom, Valero Car Park, Makati City
Will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.

The prize vehicle will be awarded on an “as-is, where-is” basis, however the vehicle will undergo full inspection prior to awarding to ensure roadworthiness and
proper working condition.
9. Taxes and Other Expenses
The 20% final withholding tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00, as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other expenses related to the claiming,
transfer of ownership, insurance, registration, and documentation of the prize vehicle shall be shouldered by the winning customer.
10. Prize Conversion / Transferability
The prize is not convertible to cash but is transferable.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be announced immediately after the draw.
The winner will also be notified through: Phone call and/or SMS
Announcement on All Cars Showroom’s official social media pages
The winner’s name and raffle prize turn-over photo will be posted at the showroom premises.
12. A participant can only win once.
If a participant's name is drawn more than once, the participant shall receive the prize with the higher value.
13. CLAIMING OF PRIZE
The winner must claim the prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of official notification.
To claim, the winner must present:
Two (2) valid government-issued IDs; and
The original winning raffle coupon.
If the winner fails to claim within the prescribed period, the prize will be forfeited in favor of All Cars Showroom, with prior DTI approval.
14. Claiming Through Authorized Representative
If claiming through a representative, the following must be presented:
Authorization letter signed by the winner
Photocopy of the winner's valid ID
Valid ID of the authorized representative
Original raffle stub
15. Disqualified participants:
Employees of All Cars Showroom Inc., participating associate dealers, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or
affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. All Cars Showroom and the ACS Associate Dealers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who: Submits falsified, incomplete, or altered information;
Tampers with the raffle process; or Violates any of these mechanics.
